Differences between consulting and coaching part 2: As you know consulting is an expert in a particular field who works as an advisor either to a company or to another individual to help out in the given situations. The coach, on the other hand, is a guide only, who will help the client through a process of self discovery and self improvement.
Although consulting business bursts out in full fathom to solve the local problems but coaches force to focus on long term goals and targets. In case of coaching it is quite different process like coaching needs to very much aware the client's life in general and all the aspects and details of the client clearly. The most important difference between Consulting and Coaching is more business-oriented and more creative and challenging respectively. Both business strategies are involved with disciplined and organized mind. So you need not to be rigid or inflexible as these are keys to obtain discipline and structural organization. In the complicated fast-paced world these business are challengeable as you know not where to start with. A person often faces jungle of problems and hardships but not get to accomplish their full potential to their problems on a specific situation. People are debarred themselves from handling the pressure even some are unable to get the knowledge how to delegate responsibilities.
